7.4.3 Call release
This parameter shall indicate call release to layer 2, e.g. when a user within a circuit mode call wishes to leave that call.
이 파라메터는 layer2에 call 을 release 하는걸 지시해야할 것이다.
그걸 언제 하냐면 사용자가 서킷 모드콜을 하는 중에 call을 끊기를 원할 때.... 그런단다.
그냥 TRUE, FALSE 로 주면되려나...
