TNCC-TX primitive
TNCC-TX request: the primitive shall be used as a request from the user application that it wants to transmit or that it has ceased its transmission.

In the request for transmission the requested priority and the encryption mode shall be indicated.

The user application should use a TNCC-TX request for a request to transmit only when a previous TNCC-TX indication has indicated that a request for transmission is allowed.

The primitive shall also be used to inform the user application about whether another user has been granted transmission or ceased its transmission.
