TNCC-NOTIFY primitive
TNCC-NOTIFY indication: the primitive shall provide information from the SwMI to the user application about a circuit mode call.

TNCC-PROCEED indication: the primitive shall be used as an indication to the user application that call establishment has been initiated in the SwMI.

The indication may also contain information about changes in call attributes,
