Locating a SIP Server
If no port number is present in the Request-URI, the client uses port 5060.
There are no mandatory rules
Users are encouraged to name their SIP servers using the sip.domainname (i.e., sip.example.com)
SIP URL from that email address by prefixing the host name with "sip.".
