timegm

android 2.3 에는 timegm 이 포함되어 있다 하지만 localtime.c 에만 선언되어 있고 define 으로 막아져 있는 상태 인데 이를 사용하기 위해선 time.h 에 다음과 같이 코드를 추가 한 뒤 android.mk 에 STD_INSPIRED 디파인을 추가하면 사용할 수 있게 된다.
