ViewPager2 에 스크롤 시간 지정

ViewPager2 는 final class 다 보니 =_ = 어케 이걸 바꿀수 있나 뒤적 뒤적 ...

누군가 Extension 으로 ValueAnimator 를 이용해 구현해 두었다 +_+)b
